Overview: The purpose of this program is to support children, families, and communities as they strengthen and create conditions that propel vulnerable children to achieve success as individuals and as contributors to the larger community and society. Awards will support the funding agency’s goal of creating lasting, transformational change for children and achieving strong outcomes for children by connecting what families need at home, in childcare settings, at school, at work, and in their communities.
